2.  TERMS OF TRADE

All prices listed exclude GST.

3.  PAYMENT:

EFT, American Express, Visa & Mastercard, with no additional charges.  

DMS is unable to accept cheques. 

4.  DELIVERY:

Free delivery* for orders over $150 ex GST for DMS account holders. Australia-wide delivery fee of $20 per order under $350 ex GST for all non-account holder orders. The dispatching warehouse has full discretion to split or consolidate orders as they may deem appropriate and DMS does not accept any liability for any loss or damage that may arise from this.

All orders require a signature upon delivery; therefore, orders cannot be left without signature.

5.  ORDERS:

Orders placed before 10am will be dispatched the same day (Monday – Friday) once accepted. We aim to dispatch all other orders the next working day.

For urgent same day dispatch - contact DMS for availability and charges. The DMS dispatch warehouse is located in Perth. 

6.  CUSTOMER SERVICE – RETURNS, EXCHANGES:

(a)       Subject to Clause 6(b) in the unlikely event that the Products you have purchased are spoiled or are damaged to the extent that they are unusable, DMS will, at its cost, replace the Products or refund your money, if the Products are returned to DMS within forty eight (48) hours of delivery. DMS does not issue refunds for costs incurred by the company such as delivery and warehouse charges.

(b)       Before returning a Product under Clause 6(a), you must first contact DMS to provide us with details of the defect or damage concerned, your details and details of your DMS product, proof of purchase and any other details that will assist us to process the return.

(c)       Returned products must be safely packed by you in their original packaging and returned in the original condition in which they were received.  We will not be held liable for damage to products incurred during return shipping.

(d)       DMS will exercise its discretion as to whether to issue a refund or provide replacement goods where the Products have been damaged in any way by you or returned to DMS outside the Warranty Period (dependant on the circumstances). 

(e)       In all other cases, including ‘change of mind’, DMS will exercise its sole discretion as to whether to accept returns of the Products and issue refunds, exchanges or credits.  You will bear the cost of the return of the unwanted Products to DMS in these circumstances and the freight costs of any exchanged or replacement goods issued to you.  A $25.00 restocking fee may be applied. 

7.  SALE ITEMS:

Sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable. They may be promotional or clearance items with limited stock available.  For full product details on sale items please contact DMS to ensure the product is correct for you before placing your order.

8.  PROMOTIONS & GIFTS:

DMS reserves the right to substitute or cancel without notice all promotional and gift with purchase items.
